Tripie is a niche social networking app based entirely on trips where you could live-stream your trips and adventures with your friends. Each trip is tagged with its trace on the map, which is called "tripie".
Connection to internet is only required at the last step of your trip (creating your tripie) and trip albums could simply be shared on Facebook with push of a button.
